Healthy Competition at AccessHealth’s
Community Challenge Tournament!

Put your best foot forward and join us for our 7th Annual Community Challenge event with softball, kickball and a  FAJITA COOK-OFF! This will be a great opportunity to enjoy a day with your co-workers, family or friends! There will be something for everyone to enjoy.

The event will begin at 10 AM with the Softball and Kickball tournament and the cook-off to follow at 12 noon. Sponsorship opportunities are available. All proceeds will help AccessHealth provide quality, affordable and compassionate healthcare to local families in need.

 

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Challenge Champs Underwriting Sponsor                                                                        $10,000  

  • 3 teams to participate at event (Kickball, Softball or Cook-off)
  • First right of refusal for 2020 event
  • Your logo on all donor recognition materials
  • Press release photo
  • Listing on any and all advertising and press releases regarding event
  • Banner with your logo to be displayed the day of the event
  • Option to display up to 4 of your company’s banner at the event (8 ft x 4 ft)
  • Social media recognition
  • Your logo prominently displayed on event shirts

Cook-off Team Registration Fee                                                                                              $750  

  • 1 team – up to 10 members
  • Permit fees included

  • Umpire fees included

Should weather prohibit the event, we greatly appreciate your donation.The event will not be rescheduled for another day.
