FoodRx Program
FOOD PANTRY
- From AccessHealth, positively food insecure patients who consent to the Food Insecurity program will receive
- Food Prescription Card/Client I.D. Card
- Punch Card
- Flyer
- The patient is responsible for choosing a time to visit the food pantry during open hours of operation. They must bring with them:
- Food Prescription Card/Signed Client I.D. Card
- Punch Card
- 1 acceptable form of I.D.
- At the self-select Mamie George food pantry, the patient will present the 3 items listed above and receive 15 pounds of fruits and 15 pounds of vegetables every two weeks.
The punch card will receive one-hole punch each time the patient visits which is encouraged to be on a biweekly basis until one year or renewal.

Children ages 1 – 18 years old enjoy a warm lunch during their doctor’s visit provided by Houston Food Bank.
Available at Richmond Clinic and Stafford Clinic from 1 PM – 3 PM
