Luz Martinez Brennan is a Staff Attorney with the Houston Volunteer Lawyers Low Income Taxpayer Clinic. She has experience with federal tax matters, consumer law, and bankruptcy. She helps support taxpayers navigate tax issues associated with audits, back taxes, denial of credits, and initiating payment plans. She is a graduate of South Texas College of Law Houston.
