INSURED: If you receive Medicaid, CHIP, Medicare or have private insurance, you may call one of our service centers to schedule your appointment. UNINSURED: If you are uninsured, you may register for services at our Richmond, Stafford, East Fort Bend, Missouri City and Brookshire Centers.

Discounted services for uninsured.
If you are uninsured, you may be eligible to receive medical, dental and behavioral health services through a healthcare coverage program or at a discounted rate. Qualifications are determined during a scheduled assessment (appointment) and are based on household income and size. During your scheduled assessment you will be asked to provide PROOF of identification, household income and your address.

**If you are a new patient applying for discounted services please be sure to read, print and complete the New Patient Forms.
**If you are not able to print the needed documents, please arrive to your appointment 15 minutes early and notify our staff that you need to complete your documents.

Health Insurance Marketplace
Confused about the Health Insurance Marketplace? We’ve got answers!
The Health Insurance Marketplace assists with the cost of health insurance in accordance with The Affordable Care Act. The Marketplace is a way to find affordable and quality healthcare coverage for those who do not have insurance. The counselors at AccessHealth can also educate about the different insurance options to those who do have coverage.
AccessHealth’s Certified Applications Counselors (CAC) are able to assist you with filling out your application and identifying health plans available in your area. Our counselors can also determine whether you are eligible for low cost coverage through Medicaid or CHIP (Children’s Health Insurance Plan).
Assistance from AccessHealth’s Certified Application Counselors include:
- Health Insurance Marketplace education to individuals and groups
- On-site or off-site assistance
- Determining premium costs for health insurance options
