Delicious Egg Bites: A Quick On-the-Go Breakfast

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 1 small tomato, diced and seeded
- 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 7 large eggs- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F 
2. Prepare Muffin Tin: Generously spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray, ensuring the egg bites won't stick after baking.
3. Mix Egg Mixture:In a medium bowl, combine the large eggs, milk, salt, and pepper to taste. Whisk everything together until well mixed and set the bowl aside.
4. Assemble Egg Bites:In each muffin slot, add approximately 1 tablespoon of chopped baby greens, diced tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese. These flavorful ingredients will add a burst of taste to each bite.
5. Pour Egg Mixture:Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in each slot, leaving a little room at the top to allow room for rising during baking.
6. Bake the Egg Bites:Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake the egg bites for about 20 minutes. Check to see if the tops are fully cooked; if not, return them to the oven and continue cooking until  done.
7. Enjoy!Once the egg bites are fully cooked, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
