Mango & Avocado Salad
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chopped shallot
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons chile-lime seasoning, such as Tajín
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 large mangos, thinly sliced
- 2 large ripe avocados, thinly sliced
- 1 habanero chile, thinly sliced (optional)
- Chopped fresh cilantro for serving
Directions
- Combine shallot, lime juice, oil, honey, chile-lime seasoning and salt in a large bowl. Add mangoes, avocados and, if using, habanero; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cilantro, if desired.
