Mango & Avocado Salad


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chopped shallot
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons chile-lime seasoning, such as Tajín
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large mangos, thinly sliced
  • 2 large ripe avocados, thinly sliced 
  • 1 habanero chile, thinly sliced (optional)
  • Chopped fresh cilantro for serving

      Directions

      1. Combine shallot, lime juice, oil, honey, chile-lime seasoning and salt in a large bowl. Add mangoes, avocados and, if using, habanero; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cilantro, if desired.
