Mango Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1/4" 1 c. quartered grape tomatoes
  • 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. freshly chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and season with salt. Toss gently to combine and serve with chips.
