Mango Salsa
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1/4" 1 c. quartered grape tomatoes
- 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. freshly chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and season with salt. Toss gently to combine and serve with chips.
